Terms and Conditions of Use
Hire is £7.50 for 40 minutes which includes up to 3 dogs and one vehicle; a £1.50 charge is applicable to each additional dog and £2.50 for each additional car which must declared at the time of booking.

Walled Garden Pet Adventures and the landowner are not responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or death sustained whilst at the Walled Garden.

Use of Freedom Walled Gardens is by appointment only. Payment must be made in advance via our online booking system before using the Walled Garden.

When making your booking you must give accurate details of the number of dogs and vehicles attending the booking.

Users must not bring any other dogs that appear unwell or is known to have an infectious disease. This applies even to those that asymptomatic but are kennelled with other members of a pack that are visibly unwell or infected. All dogs must be micro-chipped and be up to date in their vaccinations and anti-parasite treatments.

All dogs must be loaded back into your vehicle within 5 minutes of the end of the booking to ensure the next booking can start on time without delay.
You are not permitted to enter the field before your allocated time, even if you believe the field to be empty, as people may still be tidying up and making checks on the facility. Please inform us when visitors fail to vacate the Walled Garden by the end of their allotted time.

Users must bring their own dog-poo bags, pick up their dog waste and deposit this in the waste bins provided on site. Repeated failures to comply will result in further bookings from the individual being blocked.

Park and drive with care and respect, obeying all signs on the drive. It’s there to protect other people and pooches.

Vehicles may not be taken into the Walled Garden. Parking is restricted to the hard standing area immediately outside the Walled Garden. Vehicles must be reversed into the marked bays to allow safer egress.

The Walled Garden is an outdoor space in nature comprising of uneven ground, overhanging branches and could contain unlimited other hazards consistent with the countryside and its historic function as a Walled Garden. Walled Garden Pet Adventures cannot be held responsible for any accident, incident or injury to users or their pets. Every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of users and their dogs.

Users must report any accident, incident or injury to us by email within 24hours. We encourage the reporting of any breakages or concerns you may have such as the security of the paddock from fresh diggings. We are committed to providing a fun and worry-free area.
Users must not leave any dog or children unattended or unsupervised at any time whilst on the premises. Persons under the age of 18 should accompanied by an adult at all times.

User must not access other parts of the grounds beyond the access road, parking area and the area within the Walled Garden itself. No attempts should be made to access peripheral sheds and outhouses.
Users must respect the area and equipment. Adults and children must not be allowed to climb on, in or under agility equipment fences or gates.

Whilst the paddock is fully enclosed and secure, we cannot guarantee complete security for every dog.  Walled Garden Pet Adventures cannot be held responsible should your dog(s) escape. It is advised that you walk the perimeter of inside of the Walled Garden to satisfy yourself of the degree of security afforded by the fences, gates and walls.

Please ensure the Walled Garden gates and fences are fully closed and secure before letting dogs off the lead.

Dogs are not permitted to climb on the picnic bench.
Users must ensure they swing the latch across the closing mechanism of the gate when entering and exiting the Walled Garden and ensure the water tap is not left running after use.

Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk. Walled Garden Pet Adventures cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or loss incurred to
vehicles or their contents and valuables.

You agree not to let any more than three other family members or friends into the Walled Garden. Where you wish to invite more than three other guests, you must attain written consent in advance of a booking from Walled Garden Pet Adventures. By bringing friends or family, you agree that you take full responsibility for their safety and for ensuring that they abide by these terms and conditions at all times whilst using the field.

Users must discourage their dog from digging in the Walled Garden. Any holes must be filled in by the user prior to leaving the facility. Failure to rectify any damage caused may result in a charge.

Users must not cut or take anything from the trees.
The Walled Garden is a part of a wider natural setting, subject to environmental influences. Parts of the Walled Garden are not completely level and may be slippy due to inclement weather. Users should be aware of this to avoid injury to themselves or their dogs and are advised to dress appropriately.
The user who makes the booking assumes responsibility for all other persons, dogs and vehicles under their booking.

The booking is not transferable between individuals without prior consent.

Walled Garden Pet Adventures has a 24-hour cancellation policy, therefore sessions cannot be cancelled with less than 24-hours notice. Cancellation notices must be sent via email detailed on our Contacts page.

If you are using the Walled Garden as part of a business activity you must retain public liability insurance and be able to provide proof of this on request.

If we have to close the Walled Garden due to safety concerns, we will notify customers as soon as possible and re-book or refund where appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings from anyone that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
