Please pick up your dogs' poo. You will have to bring your own dog poo bags. If you do find a poo but you aren't confident it was your own dog, please pick it up. Not everybody sees every poop but by being a good citizen the favour will surely come full circle. We check the Walled Garden regularly to ensure cleanliness.

Are there toilet facilities?

Unfortunately not.

Is there any shelter from bad weather?

The garden is well sheltered from the wind by high walls and stately trees. It also catches the best of the sun making it feel several degrees warmer and more comfortable than outside its walls. We are planning a shelter from which you can watch your dog play no matter the weather.

Is there any where to sit?

Yes! We have a picnic bench which you are welcome to use with your friends. Bring a sandwich and drink if you wish. It’s a beautiful and secluded setting.

Is there water for my dog?

The ground is uneven and susceptible to becoming slippy with wet weather. Please dress for the conditions such as outside shoes and jackets.
